SSC Optimization

The SSC Optimization initiative is focused on strengthening service delivery, transparency and accountability across facilities operations. Physical Facilities will work to establish more consistent processes, strengthen performance tracking and reporting, and expand the use of Trimble to support greater visibility and coordination.
