Converstation AI LLC develops simulation infrastructure for conversational intelligence, building platforms that allow clinicians, researchers, students, and AI systems to practice and be evaluated on human communication before real stakes are involved. The company develops two platforms: CaseyMD, an AI-powered clinical simulation platform that gives healthcare students on-demand practice with adaptive AI patients and caregivers across multiple clinical fields while automating case generation, assignment, scoring, and analytics for instructors; and V2VLab, a research-grade voice-to-voice simulation platform that integrates human-to-agent and agent-to-agent dialogue, parameterized acoustic perturbation, and automated speech-recognition evaluation within a single controllable environment. Both platforms build on peer-reviewed research in speech-language pathology and conversational AI led by founder Gerald C. Imaezue, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, Assistant Professor at the ÐÜèAVÃâ·Ñ, and are supported by provisional patent applications filed through the USF Office of Technology Transfer.
