Community Partnerships
Overview
The Community Partnerships unit within the Office of Strategic Partnerships fosters meaningful collaboration between external organizations and the University of South Florida’s vibrant ecosystem of resources.
As USF’s central connector for community engagement, the unit facilitates strategic partnerships, coordinating across colleges and administrative units, and creating pathways for community connections while advancing the university’s mission in education, research, service, and economic impact.
Our role is to help external partners experience a coordinated, collaborative, and responsive university while supporting internal stakeholders in identifying engagement opportunities that strengthen institutional priorities and community outcomes. We serve as a trusted central conduit, aligning USF’s resources with community priorities to build reciprocal, mutually beneficial, and transformational partnerships.
We are proud to be a campus designated by Carnegie with the Elective Classification for Community Engagement.
