Alexis Wolgemuth began the Criminology Ph.D. program in the Fall of 2026. She arrives at USF after earning both her B.A. and M.S. in Criminal Justice from Marshall University. Her research interests center on the developmental life-course perspective, gendered differences, criminological theory, female-perpetrated violence, adverse childhood experiences, cumulative victimization, victim-offender overlap, and individual differences from a psychological and biosocial perspective.
