Administrative Advisory Council Members
The Administrative Advisory Council (AAC) serves all USF administrative employees. Our main function is to consider and make recommendations to the appropriate authorities on matters of interest to the University community.

Devin Black is a Senior Product Owner within the Digital Innovations department in IT. He serves as one of the leaders of the Archivum platform helping faculty and staff work on business processes that interact with different source systems. He has been with USF since September 2021. Devin's goal as a Council representative is to represent his constituent's views in University matters while gaining insight into how IT as an organization at large can help to resolve these matters.

Lerren "Ren" Bradley-Tyler is a Student Programs Manager for the Office of Student Affairs within the Department of Medical Education in the Morsani College of Medicine. She has been with USF since November 2018. Ren's goal as a Council representative is to be a voice for the underrepresented and for the downtown population. Her goal as the AAC President is to be a voice for all administration and hold a place at the table to ensure all admin are heard.

Katherine Butterfield is the Academic Services Administrator for the Corporate Mentor Program for the Muma College of Business. She has been with USF since February 2022. Katherine's goals as a Council representative are to advocate for administrative employees, strengthen communication between staff and university leadership, increase employee engagement, promote professional development and recognition, and actively support AAC initiatives and events.

Karen Carlin is the Assistant Director of MBA Programs within the Muma College of Business Graduate Studies office. She serves as the program administrator for our Professional MBA program as well as works with our Online MBA team. She has been with USF since June 2010. Karen's goal as a Council representative is to get involved and be a conduit for positive impact at the ÐÜèAVÃâ·Ñ. She also wants to be a resource to her colleagues and share valuable information about the great things happening at USF.

She currently serves as the AAC Vice President and has been with USF since December 2019. Sarah's goal as a Council representative is to serve her constituents and fellow council members with transparency, enthusiasm, and a spirit of collaboration.

Danielle Castro is the Manager of Health and Well-being for the College of Nursing. In this role, she supports the well-being of students, staff, and faculty. Recently, she completed her Doctoral degree (Ed.D. in Educational Program Development, Educational Innovation). She has been with USF since March 2019 and has worked in Admissions and USF Health throughout that time. Throughout her journey, she has upheld a strong commitment to academic excellence, advocating for policies and initiatives that promote inclusivity and equity. As a Council representative, Danielle aims to work diligently to ensure every voice is heard and every perspective is valued. She will also serve as a resource for her constituents, providing and relaying information to and from the Council.

Wanda Cook is the HR Business Administrator II within Central Human Resources. With expertise in HR business operations, Wanda supports the financial and administrative functions of Central Human Resources through budget management, procurement oversight, fiscal analysis, and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and support the university's mission. She has been with USF since May 2022. As a representative on the Administrative Advisory Council (AAC), Wanda is committed to fostering communication and engagement among the employees she represents, ensuring their voices are heard and their perspectives are shared in support of the university community.

Lynnette Daughtry serves as the Faculty Services Administrator in the College of Public Health, where she supports faculty affairs, accreditation, and strategic initiatives. Matt Gilbert is a Career Counselor at the Bellini Center for Talent Development within the USF Muma College of Business. He works with undergraduate business students through career coaching, career planning, and job search preparation. Matt earned his MBA and B.S. in Management from USF. His goal as an AAC representative is to serve as a resource for his constituents and share employee perspectives on matters of interest to the University community.

Kathy Gonzalez is a Director/Program Manager within the IT department, responsible for managing the Digital Experience and Engagement program. She has been with USF since November 2022. Kathy's goal as a Council representative is to listen, learn, and contribute thoughtfully to USF's mission. She is also eager to represent the concerns and insights of IT and other operational units, ensuring that we continue to align technical support with the evolving needs of students, faculty, and administration.

Andrew “Andy� Grogan is an Academic Advisor within the College of Arts and Sciences. He serves as the undergraduate advisor for the Department of Physics. He has been with USF since May 2018. Christina Haynes

Christina Haynes is the Department Administrator for the Department of Neurology within the Morsani College of Medicine. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Director of Budgets and Analysis in UMSA (USF Health). Christina has also held several leadership roles in the Department of Internal Medicine, where she advised the department chair and vice-chairs, department administrator, as well as division chiefs, while managing multimillion dollar operating budgets. Additionally, she supported faculty and staff administration, clinical operations, and oversaw the nephrology fellowship program. Christina has been with USF since December 2015 and is a proud two-time graduate of the USF Muma College of Business.
This is Christina's third term on the Administrative Advisory Council, where she is dedicated to advocating for USF’s administrative employees and feels honored to represent her constituents. Go Bulls!

Nickole Lahr is a Unit Research Administrator supporting the Molecular Biosciences department. She has been with USF since November 2024 and was formerly in the role of Operations Manager for the department of Psychology. Nickole's goal as a member of the AAC is to facilitate communication, offer support, and uplift the voices of her constituents to support a stronger community within or university and our organization.

Maikelyn Lopez is the Academic Compliance Analyst for the College of Nursing. She has been with USF since February 2015, serving in various roles including Senior Academic Advisor, ARC Representative and co-chair for the Belonging, Engagement and Community Committee. As a Council representative, her goal is to serve as a resource for her constituents, relaying information to and from the Council.

Lauren Luginsland-Cole is a Clinical Research Coordinator within the Office of Clinical Research. She contributes PhD-level expertise in biomechanics and supports PI-initiated as well as sponsor-initiated research studies. She has been with USF since March 2024. As a Council representative, her goal is to serve as a reliable resource for administrative staff, advocate for their input in university decisions, and promote engagement across the USF community.

Dominika McLean is the Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship within USF Advancement. In this role, she oversees key donor engagement and stewardship initiatives, including planning and coordinating Grateful Bulls Day, managing the university's pledge reminder program, and facilitating B.E.S.T. (Bulls' Exceptional Stewardship Team) meetings that support collaboration and best practice sharing across University Advancement. She also assists with donor-centered recognition programs, stewardship efforts, and special events designed to strengthen meaningful connections between donors and the university. Since joining USF in 2021, Dominika has been committed to enhancing the donor experience and advancing a culture of gratitude and engagement.
As a Council representative, she is dedicated to advocating for the interests and professional growth of Advancement employees, fostering collaboration across the USF community, and supporting initiatives that positively impact the university and its stakeholders.

Victoria Mothershed is the Director of the Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs (OFAA), USF Health. She provides strategic leadership for faculty affairs initiatives, including faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, advancement, and academic operations across USF Health. Victoria has been an employee with USF since 2006 and is a proud member of the USF Class of 2007. As an Administrative Advisory Council representative, her goal is to serve as a resource and advocate for constituents, foster transparent communication, and ensure employee perspectives are represented while sharing important information between the Council and the broader university community.

Arias Pitts is the Assistant Director of Personal and Professional Development in the College of Pharmacy, Office of Student Affairs. She first joined USF in April 2018 as an advisor, later transitioning to her current position where she manages the early referral system, student orientation, and professionalism concerns for pharmacy students. As a Council representative, Arias is dedicated to serving as a resource for her constituents by facilitating the flow of information to and from the Council. Most importantly, Arias strives to make a meaningful difference at USF.

Sherri Pooley is an Academic Services Administrator in the Graduate Programs Office of the Muma College of Business. She serves as the academic advisor for students in the MS in Marketing, MS in Management, and MS in Hospitality Management programs, as well as for the graduate certificates in Project Management and Human Resources Management. Sherri has been with USF since March 2019.
