Timeline and Questions
Currently all postmaster and postdoc positions are filled for the 2025-2026 academic year.
We anticipate two postmaster positions will be available to start in the 2026-2027. As new postmaster positions become available, it will be advertised on the USF HR website, applicable job boards, and others avenues to ensure a wide-distribution. This poisition typically starts in August, prior to the start of fall semester and can be renewed for a second year.
Postdoctoral positions for the 2026-2027 academic year is currently on hold pending a university funding request. More information about the postdoctoral fellow position is also listed in the Universal Psychology Postdocotoral Directory. This position typically starts in August prior to the start of fall semester. Applications will be accepted starting in December and will remain rolling until the position has been filled.

- Please include in the cover letter why you interested in a postgraduate fellowship at the USF Counseling Center, what you hope to gain through training and how your previous experiences have prepared you for this step in your path towards becoming a licensed independent practitioner
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
3. Unofficial Copy of Transcript from your relevant graduate degree(s)
4. A list of three references, with at least one current or past clinical supervisor
