Pronouns: She/her/hers
Languages in which I conduct therapy: English
My approach to therapy: I am a Black woman who was born and raised in Georgia. I strive to foster a since of purpose, belonging, and increase resilience with all clients I work with. My approach to therapy is client-centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) oriented. I believe in creating a warm open atmosphere free from judgment, where clients feel empowered to discover their strengths and make meaningful changes. I enjoy collaborating with college students navigating life transitions, adjustment stressors, relationship and family issues. I appreciate learning about individuals’ upbringing, identities, and cultural background and understanding how these factors have shaped them. Ultimately, I hope to create a space where clients feel seen, valued, and encouraged to share their experiences.
A Fun Fact: I absolutely love playing mini golf.
