Pronouns: He/him/his

Language in which I conduct therapy: English

My approach to therapy: I take a collaborative, insight-oriented approach to therapy and enjoy helping students better understand themselves while working through life's challenges. My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and incorporates approaches like CBT, ACT, and IFS when they fit a student's needs. I also draw from an existential perspective, helping students explore questions of identity, meaning, and purpose as they navigate college and beyond. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable exploring both the deeper patterns in your life and practical ways to create meaningful change.

Fun Fact: I was born and raised in Jamaica before moving to the United States, where I played collegiate soccer. Before becoming a therapist, I also spent years in the bodybuilding world as a coach, bodybuilding judge, and show promoter. So, whether we're talking about mental health, soccer, or the gym, I'm always happy to connect over shared interests!
