My approach to therapy: I am a white, Queer-identified lifelong Floridian and a USF
alum! As a USF graduate, I look forward to working with students navigating stressors
while exploring how to live in alignment with their values and collaboratively identifying
goals and coping strategies. My approach is client-centered with an understanding
that seeking therapy is not due to lack, but a desire for growth and support, which
we all need as humans. I am passionate about creating a warm and genuine space for
all identities and experiences with a focus on building on a student’s strengths,
empowerment toward living the life they want, and finding joy in everyday life.
A Fun Fact: I love dance and music across all sorts of genres and languages, especially live music and supporting the local creative scene. I also have had many pets through the cat (and dog) distribution system.
