My approach to therapy: I am a white, cisgender, heterosexual female who graduated from USF in the Spring of 2024! I was born in Boston, Massachusetts but due to my love of warm weather and sunshine, I moved to Tampa to complete schooling in 2018. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space and empowering each student to embrace their strengths and strive for their goals.
I draw from different therapy approaches and incorporate them based on each individual's unique needs and goals. As a USF alumnus, I can uniquely relate to the issues that students are seeking support for from the Counseling Center. I look forward to making a meaningful connection with you and working together to help you achieve your goals and aspirations.
Fun Fact: I enjoy traveling, trying new activities, and exploring new restaurants in the area. I'm also an avid reader (especially fantasy novels), and love spending time with my family and friends.
