Boost Your Productivity This Spring with USF-Microsoft Student Ambassadors

This spring, the USF-Microsoft Student Ambassador Program is offering a hands-on learning opportunity for USF employees, both individuals and teams, to further their expertise using Microsoft 365 tools provided by USF. These include Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.

Our Student Ambassadors are trained to support a wide range of topics, from file management and collaboration to Copilot chat and change management. Throughout the semester, they’ll work with you and/or your team to share practical tips, help troubleshoot specific challenges, answer questions, and explore ways to integrate these tools into your daily workflows.

The time commitment is minimal: a short introductory meeting during the weeks of March 2-13, followed by weekly meetings with students from March 24 – April 22. Even with just a few touchpoints, this program can help significantly boost your productivity.

If you're interested in participating or learning more, please click to apply by February 6.
