Helpful Tips
- Submit Annually: You must fill out a new FAFSA each year you want aid, and the FAFSA will determine aid for classes from Fall through Summer.
- Plan Ahead: To make sure you get the right financial aid, plan ahead and know which semesters you'll be taking classes.
- Check If You Need Contributors: Assess if your parent or guardian should be a contributor on your FAFSA. If they will be, you and anyone designated as a contributor on your FAFSA will each need an FSA ID, which is the username and password used to access a FAFSA application.
