Theresa Chisolm recognized as a fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

Theresa Chisolm has been selected as a fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Theresa Chisolm, PhD, CCC-SLP, professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, has been elected a fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). This honor recognizes Chisolm's outstanding contributions to research, teaching and leadership in communications sciences and disorders.

Fellowship is one of the highest honors awarded by ASHA and serves as a public declaration of an individual's exceptional professional achievements. To be elected as a fellow, a nominee must have made outstanding contributions to the discipline of communication sciences and disorders.

She will be formally recognized during an awards ceremony at the ASHA Convention on Friday, Nov. 20, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
