Marketing Strategy

Building Strategic Maturity to Win Market Share

In this two-day executive program, leaders learn how to diagnose marketing strategy maturity, identify growth constraints, and design go-to-market plans to win market share through improved execution.

  • Format: In-person

  • Dates: May 13–14, 2026

  • Duration: 2 days (14 hours), structured in 4 modules

  • Location: CAMLS

  • Tuition: $2,295

Many organizations fail in strategy execution not because they lack great ideas, but because their marketing capability and execution systems are not mature enough to support growth. Leaders often struggle to identify the right marketing strategy problems, align teams, maintain discipline, and convert plans into the expected performance.

This program provides a structured, evidence-based approach using the Marketing Strategy Maturity Model (MSMM) to assess both competitive maturity and process maturity, helping leaders understand where growth is blocked and how to fix it. Participants learn how to evaluate positioning, segmentation, value propositions, channel strategy, pricing, and execution discipline while identifying the structural and leadership enablers required to deliver results.

By the end of the program, participants leave with clearer priorities, actionable initiatives, and strategic maturity playbooks designed to win market share.
