Vikas Soni is an assistant professor and director of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Center at the ÐÜèAVÃâ·Ñ. His research focuses on climate finance, household finance, financial intermediation, risk management, financial technology, and real estate.
He earned a PhD in finance from the ÐÜèAVÃâ·Ñ, a master's degree in physics from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, India. Prior to entering academia, he worked in data science and machine learning roles in the financial services and technology industries.
